Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long until I receive my images?

Most sessions are delivered within 3 business days, depending on the level of retouching and the size of the collection. Commercial or editorial projects may have a faster turnaround if needed.

2. Do you help with planning our session?

During the consultation and in the run-up to our session, we will plan everything start to finish, from logistics and wardrobe to preparation. I will recommend what will make the most sense based on my experience, and then provide full guidance through the session itself.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made by the Client within ten days of the session will result in the loss of the retainer. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the session. If Photographer cancels due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, Client may reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Absolutely. Luxury prints and custom fine art albums are available as add-ons and are designed to be heirloom-quality pieces you’ll cherish for years. Digital collections are already shown above, and I can share the printed pricing upon request.

Yes. I can recommend trusted videographers who specialize in cinematic portrait-style videos. If you’d like a video component, I can coordinate the creative direction to ensure the look and feel matches your portraits.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. Your vision matters. I welcome references and ideas, and I will incorporate them into the session while guiding you toward natural, flattering, and timeless posing.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes. I offer a pre-session consultation to discuss your goals, style, and wardrobe. This can be done in person or via video call to ensure you feel confident and prepared before the session.

8. What should I wear for my portrait session?

I’ll guide you through wardrobe choices based on your desired tone and the locations we choose. My goal is to create a timeless, editorial look, so I recommend simple, elegant pieces and a few outfit options for variety.
